FAQs

  • Do you travel?

Yes, anywhere you want us to go, we will go. We will take any opportunity to capture your special day.

Please don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll provide you with an estimate.

  • Are you comfortable with pets?

We LOVE fur babies. They are not "like" family, they actually are. Whatever is important to you is important to us.

  • Do you have a liability insurance?

Yes.  We can issue a certificate of insurance with the venue added as an additional insured upon request.

  • How many pictures/What kind of films do we receive?

For most weddings, you will receive 800 to 1,200 edited high-resolution photos.

All our film packages offer at least two films, highlights and ‘beginning to end’ full feature, both in 4K

  • Why 4K?

4K films have four times more pixels than traditional Full HD (1920 x 1080). Even on TV screens of the same size, the 4K films' picture quality ends up being more vivid and detailed thanks to the greater pixel density. This difference is especially obvious in big-screen TVs.

  • How long does it take until I can see all of my images?

Engagement photos/films will be ready in 3 weeks. Wedding photos/fiims will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Who's going to edit our wedding films and photos?

Each and every wedding we shoot is edited in-house. We do not outsource to overseas editing labs, as many other studios do today. This ensures a few key things: we never compromise quality for quantity, and we don’t lower our costs at the expense of your trust. If you need any revisions from the first draft, communication will be prompt and precise.

For films, editing is just as important as filming, as it shapes how emotionally connected you feel to the final product. Editing should be done by the same people who were present at your wedding—those who know you, connect with you, and understand the subtleties of your event.

  • How do you deliver your final cuts?

We will provide you the link to a password-protected downloadable gallery.

We also offer albums, physical copy as add-ons.

  • How many shooters should we hire?

The uniqueness of your wedding determines the ideal coverage. I usually recommend two shooters each for photography and cinematography to capture multiple angles and reactions during key moments. This setup also balances creativity and classic documentation, with one focusing on artistry and the other on comprehensive coverage. Share your wedding details on our Contact page, and I’ll provide advice tailored to your needs.

  • What type of cameras/equipment do you use?

We use top-of-the-line Sony/Canon professional equipment, including high-end series mirrorless/digital SLR cameras, along with many professional quality lenses, including some of the famous "G-Master" for Sony and “L” series for Canon. We also utilize high-end drones that align with our studio's quality standards.
Additionally, we want to ensure you that we bring back-ups for everything.

  • How do we book you?

After we discuss everything via email, phone, or Google Hangout and you decide which service to book, we will email you a link to review and sign the contract online. To complete the booking process, you can mail a check for the 40% retainer payment. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a date without both the signed contract and the retainer payment. Please note that availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
